In fact it only took a few minutes for PSP to update it in the background forcing me to update it again. Occasionally PSP will update it with the latest and greatest information overwriting any changes you make so it wouldn't be a permanent solution. I have managed to successfully add my own listing to this file and gotten it to show up in the New From Template box. is C:\ProgramData\Corel\Corel PaintShop Pro 2021\IPP\storeData.json The file that lists the categories, cost, and where to find the thumbnails etc. Small addition, the list of templates is a store.
